Andre Boyd
Men's Basketball (1987-91)
A native of Baltimore, Md., Boyd ranks 13th in the RMU men’s basketball record book in scoring (1,204 points) and seventh in assists (434). He was an All-Northeast Conference First Team selection at guard in 1991 and an All-NEC Second Team selection in 1989. The Colonials appeared in the NCAA Tournament twice while Boyd played at Robert Morris, and as a senior during the 1990-91 campaign he finished 10th in the NEC in scoring (15.1 ppg) and fifth in assists (4.8 apg). Boyd was also named to the NEC All-Tournament Team in both 1989 and 1990.
Molly McCann
Volleyball (1991-94)
McCann was part of two Northeast Conference title-winning squads for the RMU volleyball team as an outside hitter. A native of Richfield, Ohio, she was named to the All-NEC First Team in both 1993 and 1994 and was also a member of the NEC All-Tournament Team in 1992. In the RMU volleyball career record book, she ranks third in games (478), fifth in digs (1,539) and seventh in kills (967). McCann’s 526 digs during the 1992 campaign stood as the single-season record for 11 years until former Colonial Darcy Thompson (2000-04) eclipsed the mark with 576 in 2003.
Brianne Morgan
Softball (1997-98)
An All-NEC third baseman each of her two years on the RMU softball squad, Morgan’s career batting average of .338 is the fifth highest in school history for players with 250 or more at bats. A native of Evans City, Pa., Morgan appeared in 92 games as a freshman and sophomore, scoring 62 runs, compiling 51 RBI and going 14-for-17 in stolen bases. She passed away in May of 1998.
Maebeth Schalles
Women's Basketball (1990-94)
Schalles ranks second in the Colonial women’s basketball record book with 891 career rebounds and also ranks ninth in scoring with 1,204 points. She was an All-Northeast Conference First Team pick in 1992, second team selection in 1993 and was named NEC Tournament MVP in 1991 as Robert Morris captured its second conference crown in four years. A native of Johnstown, Pa., Schalles also ranks third in career blocked shots (102), fifth in free throws (293) and sixth in games played (109).
Musa Shannon
Men's Soccer (1993-96)
An All-Northeast Conference selection in 1995 and 1996, Shannon was part of the two men’s soccer NCAA Tournament appearances (1993-94). His career totals of 44 goals and 106 points are both school records and he also ranks tied for third on in career assists with 18. A native of Liberia, Shannon has played professionally for the Colorado Rapids and the Tampa Bay Mutiny of Major League Soccer.
