PASS LIST PROCEDURES
The Compliance and Ticket Offices have developed procedures for all sports to ensure that complimentary admissions are issued in accordance with NCAA rules and regulations. Within these directives, hard tickets are never issued to prospects or their guests. Instead, all complimentary admissions are granted via a pass list upon presentation of approved photo identification.
Head Coaches (or their designated representative) are responsible for providing the Athletic Ticket Office with a list of the individuals who will attend the event. The list must be delivered to the ticket office 24 hours prior to the scheduled event for which admission will be granted.
Prospects
Each team will submit an Athletic Ticket Request Form or other self-generated Prospect List (in the case of a lengthy list - 4 or more prospects) to the Director of Athletic Ticketing. The Ticket Office will use these requests to generate a master list for administration and issuance of passes to prospects and their guests. Prospects and guests will be required to sign the Master List, and if over the age of 16 show identification, once they enter the event. When signature and identification have been confirmed, a hand stamp will be administered to each individual so they may gain entry. NO HARD TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED TO ANY INDIVIDUAL RECEIVING A COMPLIMENTARY ADMISSION.
After each game the Ticket Office will provide the signed Master List to the Office of Athletic Compliance for final review and filing.
Complimentary Admission Pickup - Football
Prospects and their guests will receive their complimentary admissions at the ticket kiosk outside Joe Walton Stadium. Upon checking identification and obtaining signatures of prospects and guests, the provision of the administration of hand stamp will occur prior to the individual being provided entrance into the stadium. Admission may be through any ticket gate.
Complimentary Admission Pickup -Basketball and Ice Hockey
The complimentary admission locations for other sports will vary. Complimentary admissions for sports that require tickets for entry will be located in the area where tickets are normally sold. The “Will Call” window/gate/desk is the normal entry point for administering hand stamps in lieu of hard tickets.
