Unofficial Visit Policy
It is the responsibility of each sport's staff to keep track of all Unofficial Visits that may take place on Robert Morris University’s campus. Each sport's coaches/staff members must complete an Unofficial Visit Form whenever a prospect visits campus unofficially.
If any monetary transactions take place, the sponsoring sport coach/staff member must use the Unofficial Visit Form to record and receipt those transactions. The Unofficial Visit Form must be signed by all parties (coach, prospect/prospect's parents) prior to being received by the Office of Athletic Compliance and must be received within five business days of conclusion of the Unofficial Visit.
