Moon Township, Pa.-Christy Baldesberger (South Park, Pa. / South Park), a junior defender on the Robert Morris University women's soccer team, was named to the CoSIDA / ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II team. Baldesberger was voted to the second team as selected by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Baldesberger is a two-year starter and a three-year letterwinner who helped lead the squad to program records for overall wins (8), Northeast Conference wins (4), home wins (5), shutouts (7) and goals against average (1.43) this season. The junior defender tallied her first career goal earlier this season against Fairleigh Dickinson. In her three seasons on defense, the Colonials have managed to record 16 shutouts.

Baldesberger carries a 3.80 grade point average while majoring in elementary education.
