RMU Student-Athlete of the Week (3/3/10)
Earning the latest RMU Female Student-Athlete of the Week honor and second of her career is sophomore attack Courtney Sicinski of the lacrosse team. Sicinski was named the Northeast Conference Player of the Week (3/1/10) after helping lead the Colonials to a 10-8 win over Bucknell (2/28/10) in their 2010 home opener at Joe Walton Stadium. Sicinski posted a game-high four goals in the victory over the Bison, including a pair during a six-goal surge that gave Robert Morris a 6-2 advantage at halftime. In the second half after Bucknell closed to within one, Sicinski found the back of the net twice to help seal the win. A native of Downingtown, Pa., Sicinski is a hospitality and tourism management major.
