RMU Student-Athlete of the Week (5/6/09)

 

Tabbed the latest RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week is sophomore C.G. Mercatoris of the Colonial golf squad. It marks the second honor of the 2008-09 season for Mercatoris, as he was also honored back in the fall. Mercatoris helped lead Robert Morris to a fourth-place finish at the 2009 Northeast Conference Championships at ChampionsGate Golf Club in ChampionsGate, Fla. Mercatoris was named to the 2009 All-NEC Tournament team by finishing sixth individually with a three-day score of 218. A native of Brookeville, Pa., Mercatoris is a finance major.
