2008-09: Competed in 32 games for the Colonials and ended the season with four goals and five assists for nine points ... Led the Colonial defensemen for goals scored ... In RMU's season opener scored the game-winning goal against No. 3 Minnesota (10/3/09) ... Scored her second goal of the season against Providence (11/7/09) and registered a season high two points with a goal and an assist against Maine (11/28/08) ... Dished out an assist in back-to-back games against Wayne State (11/17/09) and Mercyhurst (1/23/09) ... Notched a goal in the Colonials' 7-2 win over Sacred Heart (2/6/09) and returned to the ice the next night to add an assist in RMU's 12-0 shutout over the Pioneers (2/7/09) ... Ended the season with an assist in RMU's overtime loss to Wayne State in the CHA semifinals.

 

2007-08: Played in all 35 games for the Colonials, finishing the season with 3 goals and 11 assists for 14 points ... Named CHA defensive player of the week (12/10/07) after earning back-to-back goals in RMU's series with RIT, which led to wins in both games (12/7/07, 12/8/07) ... Fourth on the team in assists ... Sixth in the CHA in defensemen scoring ...Compiled two multi-assist games ... Earned a career high four assists, having a hand in every goal against Brown to guide the Colonials to a 4-2 victory (11/23/07) and tallied two assists against Niagara in a 4-1 win (2/8/08) ... Assisted in the game-winning goal against Wayne State (2/15/08).  

 

2006-07: Played in all 35 games as a freshman ... Finished the campaign with one goal and eight helpers for nine points ... Marked her first point as a Colonial with an assist against St. Cloud State (9/30/06) ... Tallied her first collegiate goal and an assist against Niagara (2/16/07) for the first multi-point game of her career ... Wrapped up the season with only three penalties.

 

Pre-RMU: A multi-sport athlete at Notre Dame Secondary School, participating in field hockey, softball, rugby, hockey and track ... Played for the Burlington Barracudas in the OFSAA league in Ontario ... Won two OFSAA championships ... Named the team's MVP in 2005-06 ... Elected Notre Dame's Athlete of the Year in 2006.

 

Personal: Daughter of Trish and Steve Gibson ... Has three siblings Shannon, Teri and Greg ... Major is elementary education.
