The All-Time Series (Green Bay) – It'll be the fourth all-time meeting between the Colonials and Phoenix come Friday night. Green Bay has won the previous three meetings in the series, while a late fourth quarter run helped them capture a 71-54 victory earlier this season (1/22). Sophomore Phoenix Gedeon paced the team with 13 points, seven rebounds, and four steals. Classmate Rebecca Dowmoh chipped 11 points and collected two assists, while Alejandra Mastral finished with nine points, a team-high six assists and four rebounds. The Phoenix out rebounded the Colonials, 39-26 and scored 42 points in the paint.

Scouting The Phoenix – Green Bay comes to the UPMC Events Center sitting at the top of the Horizon League with a 21-4 overall record and a 14-2 mark in conference action. The Phoenix are currently on a seven-game winning streak, recording a 75-55 win over Wright State last Sunday (2/12). Natalie McNeal scored a season-high 16 points and grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds in the win. Sydney Levy led all players with 17 points and collected five assists, while Bailey Butler chipped in 11 points, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. As a team, Green Bay paces the Horizon League in multiple statistical categories. They lead the conference in defense, giving up only 53.2 points per contest, while holding teams to just 33.0 percent shooting from the floor. The Phoenix are also the top free-throw shooting team, converting just under 78.0 percent from the charity stripe.

Levy leads the team in scoring at 11.4 points and grabs 4.2 boards a game. Bailey Butler is averaging 8.8 points per game while sitting second in the league with 4.0 assists per contest. Butler has registered four or more assists in 14 games this season for the Phoenix.

A Streak In Perspective – Unfortunately all good streaks must come to an end. The Quebec native carded a 14-point, 16 rebound performance at Cleveland State (2/2) before registering a career-high 23 points and 11 rebounds in a win at Purdue Fort Wayne (2/4). Gedeon tallied 10 points and grabbed 12 caroms against Detroit Mercy before the streak came to an end against the Golden Grizzlies, where she finished with 11 points and seven rebounds. She has 11 double-doubles on the season, which ranks third in the Horizon League.
